Information from website visits
To provide a page, the hosting server receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and time of access. Server operators may use request logs to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website. The site does not provide account registration.
We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies to this release. Links to email and telephone services open the applications configured on your device.
Information you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide your organization. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and manage related business communication. The form sends your message through Resend to ai@murata.co.tz. Resend processes the message to provide email delivery.
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we receive the information you provide through those channels. Email and telephone providers may process that communication under their own terms.
Form security
The form uses a hidden spam check and temporarily counts submission attempts by IP address to limit abuse. It does not create a visitor account. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Sharing and retention
Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider used to deliver the site. Form messages are processed by Resend for delivery and arrive in Murata AI's business email. We do not use form submissions for advertising. Retention of messages and server logs depends on operational needs, provider settings, and any applicable legal obligations; contact us for details about a specific inquiry.

You can choose what information to include when contacting us. To ask about information you have shared, or to request correction or deletion where applicable, email management@murata.co.tz. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
